A reclaimed neoclassical style English painted pine fire surround.

Crafted in the early 20th century and presented in a white painted finish. Formed in a mixture of Georgian, Regency and Neoclassical styles, this piece is profusely carved throughout.

The jambs are dressed with descending flowers, topped with bows. The aperture is surrounded with a continuous floral frame.

Four floral shields are spaced along the frieze, which is centred with an urn draped in floral swag.

A dental moulding runs beneath the mantle, which is sandwiched with a rope twist band.
