About this piece
back to topA pair of early 17th century oak panels hand carved in a matching floral archway design with decorative spandrels to the top corners.
Carved with exceptional detail and skill, these panels date back to circa 1610 and are a stunning example of 17th century woodwork. Likely once front panels of a coffer or chest, these panels have now been repurposed as wall decoration, fitted with hooks for hanging to the reverse.
We have a further individual panel available under Stock No. 37894.
