Painted in oils on wooden board, this painting captures an English family crest depicting a shield with a central red chevron between three wyverns with red cross crosslet fitchée above the Latin motto ‘deo adjuvante vincam’ (Conquer with the help of God).
It is housed in a period pine and mahogany frame with gilt finish and fitted with string to the reverse ready for hanging in your interior.
