The coat of arms sees a shield displaying four quarters, two with a yellow and black design, another with a ship and another with a blue and white chequered pattern, all surrounded by a fleur-de-lis pattern border. Above is a knight’s helmet before an abundance of golden foliates with a red lion above in a guardant position wearing a crown and holding a sword.
