This visionary piece of modern sculpture depicts a contorted male form in angular motion.
Reminiscent of unearthed ruins of antiquity, the piece leans further into the incomplete nature of those found works with sections of roughly carved and unpolished marble throughout. Emphasising the torso and sections of the back with deliberate grading which gives a surreal element to the form.
The pose implies a vigorous movement of jumping or falling, giving life to the piece
