back to topA varied collection of nine charming English framed antique floral tiles dating from the late 19th century and later.
Each matching frame houses a 6-inch clay tile and is fixed with wire to the back ready for hanging on an interior wall in any desired arrangement.
The frames leave the reverse side of the tiles visible so that any makers marks can are viewable from the back. Though most are unidentified, some have labels to the back while others are identified as being by historic English tile makers including Minton Hollins and Sherwin & Cotton. Another is stamped ‘L. T. England’.
