A pair of 19th century buff terracotta gargoyles. This set of well modelled and impactful statues were cast in the late 19th century. Formerly architectural decoration these statues would suit a garden or wall. They would make a stunning fountain with slight modification. There is a makers initial to side, but they are unidentified.

They do balance but would require support to stand freely. Minor losses chips and weathering to both. No obvious repairs. Backs are hollow with remnants of cement. Each transports as 2 pieces.
