‘Norwich’ Reclaimed Stained Glass Window

A large reclaimed stained glass window depicting the arms of the diocese of Norwich. The panel details an armorial crest to the central roundel within a repeating rectangular patterned glass window bordered with red and green.

To the centre of the window is an azure blue shield featuring three bishop’s mitres representing the Bishop’s coat of arms. The term ‘see of’ in ‘See of Norwich’ refers to the Bishop’s seat at Norwich Cathedral.

This is one of four similar stained glass panels we are selling commemorating the cathedrals and churches of the East of England.
