Good structural condition. The gate has been finished in brown wood preserver. There are few areas that have been filled and no soft or rotten areas. Two areas of replacement timber. Weathering strip and the base. Fitted with an original working latch and parts of the original hinges. The finials have been reattached.
Wear consistent with age and use. Minor Losses, scuffs, and scratches.
