A large-scale Georgian period 18th century cast iron hob grate, circa 1780. This impressive English fire grate has a large burning area and features beautiful cast lattice pattern decoration to each leg. Other features include cast neoclassical type urn decoration either side of the horizontal bars and three rounded spike finials to the top.
