A large antique English bronze sundial plate with a stunning Verdigris finish. Though marked with the date AD ‘1672’, this sundial likely dates from the late 19th / early 20th century. It is further inscribed with the phrase ‘Ye Shade Teecheth’ and features a decorative gnomon to the centre.
