About this piece

A contemporary last supper stained glass panel after the antique.

After the original 13th century window which is housed in the Rayonnant Gothic style interior of the Sainte-Chapelle in Paris, France.

Crafted using traditional techniques with a high level of skill and detail, the glass is formed in the medieval style as commissioned by King Louis IX of France.

In this replica, only Jesus (centre), St John & St Peter are visible. The table finishes the bottom of the frame and unlike the original, only the torsos are on show.

The colours are vivid throughout and the panel is ready to hang in a backlit position with two hanging loops.
