These 19th century plaster cameos each display a neoclassical style relief decoration across roundels and oval intaglios of varying size, the largest of which depicts Napoleon as Emperor of France. Others detail classical busts of noblemen and women, Greco-Roman figures as well as horses and cavalry.
Supplied loose, these antique intaglios are an interesting set for a collector. Alternatively, they could be arranged as desired and secured to the wooden tray to create a decorative display or wall hanging piece.
