Crafted circa 1820, this piece is a stunning example of traditional English blacksmithing. The amount of time that has been put into the creation of this work would have cost an exceptional amount in period.

Each scroll is banded to the frame at each coil resulting in over ninety bands throughout.

The close bar spacing throughout is perfect for pet owners, with twisted spikes along the top for security.

Reputedly salvaged from a country house in Somerset, England.
