back to topA tall and elegant early 19th century Neoclassical English pine white fire surround, dating to circa 1800.
Presented in a white painted finish, this highly detailed fire surround has carvings to every section. The jambs are made up of a piece of moulding carved with a floral pattern which continues around the aperture.
The top portion of the surround sits atop the framing, with a full width carving of foliage interlaced with floral embellishments.
Above, another complimentary pair of opposing floral bands run below the mantel.
