An Elizabethan framed Deed of Sale in latin text, relating to Great Estfeilde in East Malling, Kent, dating to circa 1577.

This document is thought to have been exchanged during the 17th century between previous owners of the property William Mount and Christopher Abdy.

Written on vellum with brown wax during the Elizabeth I reign, this unique and impressive piece has been preserved in a modern box frame, that only compliments the concealed document with its glazed back so the signature is visible.

An interesting and exquisite display piece to as a decorative wall feature.
