Copperlight Glazing
Copperlight is a style derived from the Art Deco era. Unlike more common lead glazing, copperlight sees individual panes of glass separated by fine electrically welded strips of copper. This style was particularly popular in the 1920s, bringing an elegant look to doors and windows of the period. Copperlight glazing often featured on internal doors, used on room dividers and partition doors between rooms in large residential properties and hotels. With their striking details and warm undertones, reclaimed copperlight doors bring something special to a 21st century property while nodding to styles of the past.
