An interesting pair of 17th century limestone gate finials sourced from Canterbury. Well weathered, these were possibly formerly used as column sections or pier finials. They feature fine grain limestone, carved with an ornate belt around the middle and solid construction. We are selling a similar hollowed pair under Stock No. 31818.
