About our range

Dunkirk Manor is a Grade II Listed Building in the Cotswolds. Originally built in 1670, the building was purchased by John Cooper in the early 1800s who enlarged the house and added it’s spectacular Georgian façade while retaining some of the property’s original 17th century features.

Cooper was was well-known and respected in the area as owner of the nearby woollen mills, which he later renamed ‘Dunkirk Mills’ in dedication to his new home.

In the 21st century, Dunkirk Manor was acquired by a well-travelled female collector. Later, this fantastic private collection was dispersed and we were fortunate to obtain a number of select pieces.

Highlights of the collection include a rare antique garden sundial reputed to have once resided at Hampton Court Palace, London, and a beautifully carved gothic limestone font from the Manor House grounds and gardens.
