Antique Wall Panelling / Panelled Room with a Stone Fireplace
This panelling has been carefully salvaged from the dining room of a large house in Sunningdale, the property of a Lord and Lady, that was demolished. The room has one pair of double doors, a single oak door and a further door of more recent manufacture, to the same design. There are decorative pilasters and ornate cornice to the top of the panelling. The frame for the double doors and single door opposite the fire surround are also available.
This Jacobean style wall panelling dates to around 1820.
The room as pictured was around 4 m x 9 m
The overall height of the panelling is 247.5 cm
The pilasters are 18 cm wide and there are 9 in total.
The single door frame dimensions are; Height 229 cm x Width 90 cm
The Double Door frame dimensions are Height 229 cm x Width 183 cm
The total length of panelling is approximately 15 meters and consists of the following; 145 cm, 38 cm, 36 cm, 129 cm, 75 cm, 65 cm, 114 cm, 69 cm, 93 cm, 201 cm, 201 cm, 157 cm and 184 cm
The Fireplace section (between the pilasters) is 224 cm wide.
