Condition Report

Good structural condition. Transports as 3 pieces. Approx 4 inches/10cm was set into the ground at the base. Top of the post which is another 10cm to be set into a wall or to be fixed back. This is going to require a bottom pivot for the gate, but the top is hinged into the post. Supplied with a new pivot cup. You have a working handle but there is no key.
