Condition Report
Good structural condition. The pine washstand has a wax finish. Previously there has been a small amount of woodworm, but this is not active. There is a lock present, though no key. The marble top and splash back is in very good condition as is the modern bowl. Final positioning of the bowl and taps can be determined by the purchaser. No hole has been drilled through the marble.
