Good structural condition. Black primer finish. Original latch. Later collar hinge, catch and pivot cup. Some fixings later adapted. Has a masonry tie hinge. Could be supplied with a plate for bolting if required.
Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses, scuffs, and scratches.
