Shipping quote prices are valid for one month from the date of quotation.

FAQs
This means that the vehicle will arrive and park as close to your property as possible. All of our lorries are fitted with tail-lifts. The pallet (a wooden frame or crate containing your purchase) will be lowered to the ground and moved a short distance to a convenient location where practical. Pallets cannot be moved on unlevel or uneven ground and cannot be moved over gravel or soil.
Where delivery is on a street, the pallet will be left for you to unload by hand. It will be your responsibility to dispose of any packaging materials and pallets used in making the delivery unless specific arrangements have been made prior.
Where delivery is made by our in-house delivery team, our driver will endeavour to leave your purchase in a safe and convenient location.
It is your responsibility to inform us if you have restricted access. This can include:
- Steps, stairs or access via a lift
- Delivery to a flat, apartment or not on the ground floor
- Vehicle height, width and weight restrictions to your property
We export our items all over the world! Generally, we use freight forwarder Transglobal Express who deliver via UPS, DHL, Fedex and TNT networks.
We generate a personalised quotation, reflecting Transglobal’s online quote, taking into consideration labour and materials required for packing. Our specialist team creates custom timber crates here on site.
Delivery can be anything between 7 and 30 working days. Once the shipment is booked and collected from our yard in Herefordshire, we’ll supply you with a tracking number so that you can follow the delivery journey online.
Shipping prices include all costs associated with getting your purchase outside of the UK; they do not include customs fees or other duties and taxes which may be due in the destination country.
If you wish to collect in person or you arrange your own courier, you are most welcome. However, please note that we do not pack or supply packaging materials.
If you are making multiple purchases, please contact us first for an individual shipping quote; we can create a bespoke, combined quote which could save you money!
