Good structural condition. The base would benefit from having approximately 4 cm cut off, to level and remove decayed wood. The single glazing is undamaged. The top would have had a flat lead sheet roof. Requires some architrave around the door and below the roof section. Comes as five large components.
Wear consistent with age and use. Minor Losses, scuffs, and scratches.
